For November 1–30, 2026, District 5580’s official theme is Rotary Foundation Month. This month recognizes the Rotary Foundation — Rotary’s own charitable fund — and promotes its mission to transform gifts into projects that address global issues such as poverty, illiteracy, disease, and environmental challenges.
Since its founding in 1917, the Foundation has spent over $4 billion on life‑changing, sustainable projects worldwide, including clean water, health initiatives, education, and polio eradication
Rotary members can support the Foundation through annual giving, scheduled monthly donations, one‑time donations, or by participating in Grant Partnerships and volunteer opportunities.
